We in the Umpqua Valley are fortunate to have some of Oregon’s finest vineyards, excellent breweries, and special coffee brewers. Visitors from throughout the state come each year to savor the County’s wineries.
This summer, you too can delight in our local gems, support the local economy, and fight hunger simultaneously.
July 1st through August 31st, wineries, breweries, and brewers from throughout Douglas County are teaming up to raise funds to support The UCAN Food Bank. They are doing so in various ways, from donating fees from special raffles to sharing the profits from the sale of their products. It’s just one more example of how local businesses generously contribute to our local community.
There are over 23 locations throughout Douglas County that are participating in this event. Visit www.pouringgenerosity.com to get the locations. Each participating Winery, Brewery, or Brewer will offer a special menu item selected just for the Pouring Generosity Event.
