September is Stand Against Hunger Month
Join the UCAN Douglas County Food Bank this September for Hunger Action Month and help support all our food-insecure neighbors across Douglas County. Whether you donate time, money, or food, or spread awareness about hunger online or in person – you are working to support our 21+ local food assistance sites and the 18,000 people who depend on them every month.
In 2024, the UCAN Douglas County Food Bank distributed over 1.8 million pounds of food throughout Douglas County through our network of partner agencies.. This would not have been feasible without the support of all our volunteers, donors, community partners, and funders! Together, we can make an impact on the lives of those experiencing food insecurity.
